Common Sign-in issues


1. The email address you’re using isn’t linked to Bob (the HR system):

To access Dukes Hub, you must sign in with your official school or business email address, as recorded in Bob. Please check your HR record via Bob or consult your HR department for confirmation.


2. You’re signed into your browser with a different Google or Microsoft account:

Ensure you’re signed into your browser with your official school or business account. Switch accounts or use an incognito/private browsing session if needed.


3. You haven’t registered on Dukes Hub:

Your account should have been automatically registered during onboarding, but in some cases, this may not happen. To register:

    •    On the sign-in page, click ‘No account? Create One!’

    •    Follow these steps:

    •    Microsoft users: Select ‘Sign up with email’.

    •    Google users: Select ‘Sign up with Google’.

    •    Complete the prompts using your school or business email address.

4. You’ve recently changed your email address:

If your email address has been updated in Bob, it may take a few hours for the system to sync. If you’re still unable to sign in after several attempts, please reply to this email for assistance.
